F1rst Residences is proud to offer some of the larger floor plans in the neighborhood, with layouts ranging from 445 to nearly 1,500 square feet, and in floor plans ranging from efficiency to 2-bedroom den apartments. Our floor plans are designed to maximize natural light and provide a refined, comfortable living space.

Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.

Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
