Pet Policy

The monthly pet rent is $40 for cats and $60 for dogs. There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee with a 2 pet max per apartment. No weight limit! Some breed restrictions apply. Documentation and photo required. Restricted breeds include the following: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, Catahoulas, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids or any hybrid of these breeds.

Exotic animals also prohibited. Breed documentation and photo required.
